Using this site
This site describes Metro SI and how we work. You may read, link to and share it. You may not copy the site’s design or materials for commercial use, use the site for any unlawful purpose or disrupt its operation.

Goals and forecasts
Every claim on this site is either sourced or labeled as a goal. Goals, plans and our own projections describe what we intend. They are not promises or guarantees of results.
Ideas you send us
Everybody has ideas, and we review many of them. We may already be developing something similar to yours. Unless we have both signed a written agreement, sending us an idea, pitch or other material does not create a confidential relationship or any obligation to pay you. If your idea is confidential, ask us for a confidentiality agreement before you share the details.
Names and marks
The Metro SI name, the slanted M seal and our logos are our property. Other company and product names belong to their respective owners. Naming a company on this site does not imply a business relationship with it or an endorsement by it.

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
No warranty
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Metro SI is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site.
